PADI IDC Staff Instructor
Want to help others to realize their dream like you? To earn this rating, you will learn to act as an assistant during the Instructor-level training course and work with your Course Director to bring the next generation of PADI leaders. Completion of this course, you can independently teach and even certify PADI Assistant Instructors. You could also assist your Course Director with IDC and other instructor-level continuing education courses.

- The psychology of evaluation and counseling
