Hiking is an outdoor activity which consists of walking in natural environments, often in mountainous or other scenic terrain. It gives you a chance back to the nature, feel the fresh air, getaway the busy life to refresh your mind and relieve your tiredness.

There are many hills and mountains in both West (Peninsula) and East Malaysia. West Malaysia (Peninsula): Gunung Irau, Gunung Angsi, Gunung Datuk, Gunung Tahan, Gunung Brichang, Gunung Chamah, etc. East Malaysia: Gunung Kinabalu, Pinnacles Mulu Sarawak, etc.
